Seen today!!!!

We seen this out at the strip pit are...only the second osprey I have ever seen.

It was quite a distance away so I zoomed in with my little point & shoot camera.  For some reason it kept looking the other way.

It was eating something but I could not tell what.

I know this is  photo overload....

NOT photo overload for such an awesome and fierce sight! What a find! GREAT shots!! I think my favorite is two, because of how it showcases his fabulous beak!!

I don't think I have ever seen an Osprey, unless I did and didn't know it. These are great pictures.

We were in Marion yesterday. I was amazed that a two hour drive south and flowers that are barely out of the ground at my house were in full bloom there.

Super neat images. I really like it. Probably eating a fish cuz that is what they eat.

Rose, I love bird watching. I don't ever see the Osprey here where I live in California. Love the white feathers on its head and belly. : )

I am lucky enough to watch ospreys fishing on the small lake where my cabin is, but I have never seen one this close. Beautiful pictures!
