This reminds me of my hometown courthouse when I was really young - especially that foundation. Ours was all stone however. It was torn down years ago and modernized - glass and crome. They don't make them like this anymore and I am so glad some folks see the worth in keeping them around.
It's a fine looking courthouse. The skinny windows seem so unusual to me. Very nice style and the construction looks so solid like it will last forever!
