We passed this barn on the way home yesterday...we both thought it just looked sooo lonely. I think it is partly because of how hazy the air was, but also there just was not much else around. Not even any other traffic. I don't remember for sure if we passed any cars at all on this stretch of highway.

Lonesome
We passed this barn on the way home yesterday...we both thought it just looked sooo lonely. I think it is partly because of how hazy the air was, but also there just was not much else around. Not even any other traffic. I don't remember for sure if we passed any cars at all on this stretch of highway.
I like the hazy day for this kind of shot. It does look very isolated, The long row of power poles receding into the distance with a fane elevator in sight adds to the feeling of being very alone.

ReplyDeleteThis is such a wonderful shot. I cannot believe how empty the highway looks. The straight power lines in T formation really are appealing to the eye...and then the one building...the barn.
