Away from the sun....

These geese were flying away from the big strip pit...headed east. I don't know where they were going this late in the day.

    Geese will fly distances at night on their migratory route.

    This is a marvelous picture of the geese against that gorgeous sky. Perhaps they were just doing a fly-by to enjoy the sunset.
