I cannot remember the name of the little town this was in...it was just a small place. We stopped at a little diner there...we both got a grilled pork chop, which was really good. And Roger got an order of fried zucchini. Neither of us noticed the price...till we got the bill. I don't know what I expected...it was a big serving of the best fried zucchini we had ever had. It's cost--$1. We think about going back just for to have the fried zucchini.
a very neat structure! and the diner sounds like a great place to return to! :)

ReplyDeleteWhat a bargain you got in the diner. I would go back as well :))
The building looks like it has some German or Polish influences. In any event, it's a beauty.
ReplyDeleteAnd $1.00 for the zucchini? That's cheaper than growing it yourself. :)
Gratifying not to get taking to the cleaners...
ReplyDeleteLove the shot!! Hopefully you remember how to get back to that diner. You've got me thinking about making fried zucchini now.....
