Perhaps you will capture one of those birds in the tree at some future date, but the tree alone has a stark beauty.
Even without a big bird it's still a very cool old tree.

It's an interesting tree as it is and you've photographed it well. However, I think a big bird perched on one of those branches would really look good. Perhaps a Photoshop project....
Or a witch that had flown into it when she wasn't looking. hehe!Cool!

What this photo needs is either an eagle, hawk or big old buzzard sitting in the tree. I think then it would feel complete for me.
