Before the killing frost...

It will be a while before we see any flowers again...I always hate saying good-bye to autumn.

    i love the asters, too. we had a slight freeze this morning and a hard frost everywhere. everything will be a bit more ragged here, too.

    I just saw some of these in the woods a couple of weeks ago. I hate saying goodbye to autumn too...sigh.

    We had a heavy frost last night, so we will be without flowers for a while as well.

    I hate saying good-by to autumn too.
    There are no flowers left here and it will be such a long time before they bloom again.:0(

    Beautiful!
    I was doing ok until the frost this past weekend got the wisteria leaves and now my deck is looking so bare as I sit and look out.

    Beautiful pic! The flowers are all gone here, too, but I look forward to the winter and what it brings. Hoping it will be better than last year.
