This building looks like it's out of commission...too bad. I would love to climb through those bushes and explore! And love your 'splash of color' shot...wonderful!
Oh, the mystery of it - blocked from getting the whole picture and so near but yet so far! I've found quite a few barns in our area that are out of range like this. But you've gotten enough of this barn to have a good shot. Good job!
I'd say this barn is in use and being kept up quite well. I would be curious to know how it is used. In my experience, dairy farms have the cleanest and nicest barns.
I wonder if they still use this old barn? Looks like it has nice paint.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't look in too bad shape, but the grass and shrubbery does!!
ReplyDeleteI love the overgrowth! I think it adds charm and mystery to the picture.
ReplyDeleteso pretty.. even just part of it
ReplyDeletei bet it has some treasures inside.
ReplyDeleteYou caught enough of the frame and doorway to make us curious. I can imagine the rest in my own special versiion. :-)
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful photo. You are so talented!

ReplyDeleteYes, that is an interesting barn! I'm sure it is hard to see in the summer.
ReplyDeleteI love the peek a boos. I don't think I have ever noticed ventilation slots along a roof line before. I like that it still has it's tin roof.
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful!
ReplyDeleteJust a tempting glimpse of that lovely old barn. :))
ReplyDeleteJust enough to catch the eye of the photographer :-)
