Now showing....

I forgot today was Monday...just happened to realize it is time for Barn Charm.  I usually like to have some really nice shots to show here, but today I chose these I had meant to stick in here and there and never got around to it.
They are all from over in Illinois...all taken during the last month of two.
The one above is not that far from home, but I don't remember seeing it before.  I don't know if it has been painted or I have just forgotten it.

Anyway, linking to Barn Charm with these...will try to get some visiting done in the next day and get caught up.  Was to see Lorelei and her mom and dad this weekend.

  14. i like the first one and am wondering if someone lives in it, since those look more like house windows than barn windows. or maybe they just like lots of light for the cows/horses. beautiful barns.

  17. A fine set of barns. That first one has unusual windows. Each barn has its special look and purpose apparently. Nice post. I forgot to post mine last night and had to do that this morning when in a hurry. Naturally, the post didn't go well. I finally got it done correctly. :-)

  21. This is unusual. Second Barn Charm post featuring honest to goodness glass-paned windows. Never noticed them on old barns before. Nice for when you're working inside them. My fav of your offerings today is that nice cream colored one--a change from more common red--or KY black!
