A fence from the past...

This is not the greatest image...it is a scanned version of one taken in 1995!  From Cade's Cove in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.

  6. Such an old-fashioned fence to go with this house--and so right for this part of TN. Great vistas on this drive.

    I don't mind scanned photos. Sometimes I think my 35mm shots have more soul.

  17. I love houses like that - I would love to have a big verandah (I think that is what they are called) where you could sit in a rocking chair and watch the world go by :))
