We passed this yesterday....I have tried to capture it before but never have too much success. It is on the highway. So far we have not had the opportunity to even slow down. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. The roof is in really rough shape....I don't think anything would stay dry inside.
Poor thing....and all that rust. I think it would be better torn down.
ReplyDeleteI love the rusty roof and side! Would like a closer look at the old pickup.
ReplyDeleteThe poor old girl----hy a girl I don't know---but how sad. I wonder what her story is. Nice shot for on the move.
ReplyDeleteWe are back for a while---probably all winter. MB
I love this. Old barns are so beautiful in their own way.
ReplyDeletei see they don't put the truck in there... i like it, and it is a sad but beautiful old barn...great shot from a drive by..
ReplyDeleteyou did great on the composition, considering! tree framing, old truck. poor old thing...
ReplyDeleteThis is a fine example of a grand old barn that is probably doomed. Great rust color and I like having the pickup there for scale. The building is larger than I first thought. Nice Shot, Rose.
ReplyDeleteSad but photogenic at the same time.
ReplyDeleteGreat find and photo, Rose.
ReplyDeleteBetter get that truck outa there, I have a feeling it isn't gonna last to much longer. Wonderful image Rose!
ReplyDeleteI see old barns like this wonder what treasures lie inside but as you said, they are probably water damaged.
ReplyDeleteThat's a fine looking barn. It must've been a grand one during better days. Love all that rusty tin.
