Drive-by for Rurality Blog Hop....

This is a barn we pass on the way to Nashville, Indiana.  It is on past Spencer, Indiana on 46.  The road is busy, so I have to shoot out my window.  This time I actually rolled the window down...so far, I think this is my most successful shot of the old barn.

  1. This is beautiful, like a trip back in time! And I have never seen a barn with moss growing on it!

  2. Excellent shot. Look at all that ivy(?) almost covering the barn.

  3. I know how frustrating it is trying to get a photo on a busy road, with no place to turn off safely onto. Now imagine driving a small house and trying to do this. I like this barn for all the foliage growing on it.

  16. Handsome old thing, especially with his vine accessories. I bet he would be glad if everyone didn't just drive by.
