Egg beaters

I don't think I have posted this.  This is from the flea market up at Veedersburg...during the Covered Bridge Festival.

  1. Beautiful photo.
I have exactly the same beaters hanging from my pot rack. Love vintage cooking utensils.

  2. Somewhere in this house, stuffed away in a dark corner in the cupboard...somewhere....I have my mother's egg beater. And I have a memory of using this to help her make cake batter and ohhhhhhhhhh, how tired my arms were.

  7. Yep, I remember my grandmother's beaters, just like these. They whipped up some great pancakes. Then little Johnny would play with them in the sink and dishwater afterward.
