Ginseng

I always think ginseng is one of the prettiest plants...it turns the most beautiful gold in the fall and has red seeds that grow up from the middle.  I grew up hunting and digging it...now I am happy if I get to be out and see it and maybe photograph it.

  2. It's pretty when it's green, but I'll bet it's spectacular when it's gold with the red seeds.

  6. It has a great looking green color and the pattern is interesting too. Very nice shot. I don't know whether we can grow that here or not.

  9. I've never seen this plant either. Although I have heard about it. So of reminds me a little of blackberry bushes, at least the pattern of the leaves.
