In a Hardee's parking lot

We stopped at Hardee's yesterday in Brazil, Indiana.  As we were leaving, we were going out the back of the parking lot and there was this guy/gal.  Not sure how to tell the difference.  Hardee's is right in town, and Brazil is NOT just a stop in the road.  It probably has a population of 10,000 at least.  But not sure.

Soon as it saw me, it came running.  And was just peeping so softly.  When I didn't have anything, it went around to Roger's side of the Rav.  I did not have a single thing to feed it.

  4. How cute! Poor thing must be used to handouts hanging around the parking lot like that.

  5. I hope it finds its way back home. I'm sure it feels really lost in town. Guinea Hens don't stay fenced in well.

I feel guilty when I don't feed birds in parking lots, too. Every time I go to Rural King, I feel I should get the free popcorn and accidentally spill it in the parking lot for the House Sparrows that are hanging around :-) LOL

  6. Well the poor thing must have been lost. I hope it found it's way home. Was that some type of a chicken?

  7. Maybe he was there to check out the big chicken breasts at Hardee's?

  8. All I ever see are sea gulls and crows hanging around parking lots--never Guinea fowl! I hope it found its way home.
