We saw this eagle not a mile from here...I was trembling with excitement. Just could not believe we were seeing it where we seen it.
I took a dozen pictures or more, none were very good but at least you can see it...
Any day we see an eagle is a good day!

ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful flight pictures of a rare sighting! I bet that most of us have never seen a Bald Eagle. I would have been SO excited that I would have probably dropped the camera!

ReplyDeleteIt's always exciting to see an eagle! When they're hunting they circle so high it's difficult to photograph them.

ReplyDeleteMeanwhile back at our town dump, birders have been counting as many as 20 of them at a time! We're going back with a longer lens next time.
Maybe it's because the Great Lakes are frozen over and they can't fish is why they are feeding at landfills?
