Barns

A drive-by shot of a barn...it has almost become a babit to post drive-by shots for the Barn collective.
I think Roger paused for this shot, but I shot through the window...
The is the same barn, but I was out of the Rav to take it...the house is on the left side, just out of the view.  the place is for sale.
This is in the feld beside the previous barn.  I don't know if they belong to the same farm or not.

The first barn is near Marshall, Illinois, and the next two are just on the edge of town.

Thanks to Tom for hosting The Barn Collective!

  4. You did a great job of capturing these great barns as you drove by and stopped along the way!

  5. Love those big wide barns - and that little saggy shed in front of the first barn. Great shots.

  6. That last one could be in the Cambridgeshire Fens from the general untidiness. Except that when I went to photograph the area last time I found everything much tidier and smarter!

  9. Those are grand barns. Lot of rust, chipped paint. Wonder what they looked like new. But, time marches on.
