Residents of the milkweed....

I love before the milkweed blooms...
and I love it after it blooms.  Did you see the ants in the second shot?

    what is that red bug in the first photo? i see the little ants... the milkweed is beautiful, no wonder butterflies love it.

    Pretty flowers. Look at how they unfold. I think they have them in Eastern Washington but not here on the west side. Maybe?
