Not a very good picture, but am going to show the entire plant. Look close at the top of the fence and you can see the bud I captured in
yesterday's post.
And here we have the flower...I take a photo of them every chance I get. Now tell, me, how many do I really need?
And this is after the bloom is gone...still pretty even at this stage.
i love 'em all! keep 'em coming!!!
ReplyDeleteYou need a lot of them as I would never get tired of looking at them. Very pretty flower and you captured it very nicely.
ReplyDeleteIt has been educational for me to see these at different stages. I just love them. Have a good night.
ReplyDeleteIt looks great! Nice to have a look on them!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers! I can see why you take a lot of photos of them. There are some things you just need to take photos of over and over. That's why I have umpty ump thousand photos on my computer.
ReplyDeleteI love them too, you have captured all of them beautifully.
ReplyDeleteHave a great Friday and a happy weekend!
Yes, they are quite beautiful, and I do so love your second photo. Stunning! Thistles are a no-no on our farm, so I always feel somewhat guilty if I actually photograph them to show their beauty.
ReplyDeleteif i were there i would have at least 1000 pics of it. these are gorgeous... all the flowers that grow in my yard i have hundreds and hundreds and maybe thousands, yet i take MORE
ReplyDeleteI like the before and after pictures of this bloom. When in full bloom it is very pretty.
ReplyDeleteThistles are pretty but no I don't think the neighbours would approve. Maybe you could get one of those beautiful ornamental Scottish thistles?
ReplyDeleteDiana
You bet! These are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI like taking photos of them, too. I think every stage of their flowering is interesting or beautiful.
