a note

I have had major problems with my modem tonight...it stopped working and I have been on the phone with AT&T for at least a couple hours. I could not believe it when I actually talked to a real live human being.  I just got off the phone with her a few minutes ago...it is 3:21 a.m.   She is sending me a new modem.  This one has started working, then stopped, then started again.   So, if you email me and I don't respond...that is the culprit.

  1. I'm with Comcast and had a similar experience that continued until every piece of equipment that was theirs was replaced with a new one. Finally, got TV, telephone and internet working. I hope your new modem arrived soon.
