She was out by the road, right close to a sign...a stop sign I think. We did stop for me to take a pic. Isn't she pretty. When I was little, I really liked the story of The Little Red Hen...do you remember it?
Your little red hen reminded me of my young days. My mom keeps a very small farm behind our village house. We reared pigs, ducks and chickens. I used to play with the animals in our little farm.
Yes, I too always like the Little Red Hen story. Even now a lot could be learned from the stories of our childhood by the children of today. Instead what do they have to impress their little minds? Just look at TV programming. No don't!
