Big old tree...

I had to stop and take a pick of this tree the other day...
and I felt the urge to convert to B&W, too.  I do love the blue sky, but I think I like it best in B&W.

    Rose, one of my favorite things to photograph is what I call "Tree Bones." Your photo is wonderful. I like both but the B&W is the one I would want to frame. Can I have your permission to post it to my Pinterest board on "Tree Bones."

    Rose, thanks for the permission. I posted your tree to my pinterest board on tree bones. Also you may remember me as Rita from the blog "Cashjocky and the Old Salt." After being away for cancer treatment I started over with a new blog. Needed to try something different in content.

    Fabulous tree - just love the old gnarled trees. Love the B&W but I think the sky wins as favorite.

    Both great shots, though the sky does threaten to steal the tree's thunder. The tree gets it all back in the B&W.
