Rose, one of my favorite things to photograph is what I call "Tree Bones." Your photo is wonderful. I like both but the B&W is the one I would want to frame. Can I have your permission to post it to my Pinterest board on "Tree Bones."
Rose, thanks for the permission. I posted your tree to my pinterest board on tree bones. Also you may remember me as Rita from the blog "Cashjocky and the Old Salt." After being away for cancer treatment I started over with a new blog. Needed to try something different in content.
I love this tree!
ReplyDeleteHello Rose, I love the big old tree. The blue sky is pretty too. Have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteLove both!

ReplyDeleteI think I prefer the BW too. Both are good tree shots.
ReplyDeleteFabulous looking tree. And that blue sky is truly magnificent!
ReplyDeleteI do like the black and white best too.

ReplyDeletethat is a gorgeous tree, i like it in color best but the black and white is beautiful.. i love trees without leaves
ReplyDeleteThe stories that tree could tell!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo. The B&W treatment really brings out all the tree branches, I love this photo.
ReplyDeleteI often get the urge to black & white Rose :) The old barn there looks like it won't survive the next big wind!
ReplyDeleteFabulous tree - just love the old gnarled trees. Love the B&W but I think the sky wins as favorite.
ReplyDeleteCan I say "both" - Great old gnarly tree. The BW makes it more dramatic looking.
ReplyDeleteBoth great shots, though the sky does threaten to steal the tree's thunder. The tree gets it all back in the B&W.
