Can you hear me now???? Actually, the Robin is the one doing the listening!
And another one thinks it has heard something.
And this is Cheep-Cheep...I have shown before. He was blown out of a nest, and neighbors knowing my girls brought it to them. Let me tell you, it is not cheap buying night crawlers to feed a robin.
What a cute little chick!
ReplyDeleteAwww….how cute!
ReplyDeleteThey look very cute when they cock their heads. Beautiful birds.
ReplyDeleteCheaper to buy worms in bulk. But yuck!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteI live very near the St. Joseph River. We have a bait shop about 3 blocks away. I made many trips there buying meal worms for my Blue Birds when I first tried to attract them. We have a TON of worms in our yard. Turn over a rock...vwallah!! Worm farm, lol.
ReplyDeleteI love it that your daughters have a reputation already!!

Lindas e belas aves.
ReplyDeleteBoas fotografias.
Um abraço e bom fim de semana.
How very different your robins are to ours here in the UK. And how lovely of you to save the chick. He's a very lucky chap. All the best, Bonny
ReplyDeleteLove the top one :) The robins are back here now, it's wonderful to hear them again.
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing more enjoyable than watching a big, plump Robin running about the lawn hunting down worms.
ReplyDeletehow adorable.. we used to dig worms in our back yard.. but never fed one to a baby bird before
ReplyDeleteA fine "Robin" series. I could imagine feeding the young one night crawlers.
ReplyDeleteHe should grow up quickly as they mature in a week or so. That is up close and personal with a robin.
ReplyDeleteNice Robin shots. the Robins are here too staking out the Cherry trees looking for a perfect spot to eat cherries this summer. LOL

What a cute cheep-cheep! I've never had the occasion to price earthworms. That's really kind of you to feed the youngster. Soon, it will pluck its own out of the yard.
