Spring--is it here to stay?

Though I have been seeing daffodils in other places, our first blooms opened today.

I am hoping I get to see the rest of them bloom.

Last night the weatherman said not to be surprised if we seen some snowflakes this weekend.  He said he didn't expect more than a few flakes,  but that sounds cold to me.  I am hoping he is wrong.

  4. Nicely executed photos - I always find it's difficult to get much detail in daffodil shots, so often everything just blends into a yellow blob - not a problem you have here. We've had a really odd season here; a few daffs were blooming way back in January and there are still a good number around now. However the nearby village of Thriplow celebrates a Daffodil Weekend and this year it's planned for April 16 - will there be any left???
