Bringing a bright spot to your day...


I just happened on this...cannot resist posting it.  It makes me happy inside just to see it.  I did not photograph a single sunflower this past summer.

    I love it! Makes me feel like summer. I don't think I snapped any sunflowers this last summer either.

    Sunshine makes me happy, sunflowers make me happy and yellow makes me happy, this has all three. it is beautiful and bright and shiny and joyful

    I have a mental block on planting sunflowers. Each year in the spring I think I will then time passes and I forget. This year a had such a cute little volunteer one, probably some version of a sunflower. I marked it and perhaps next year when I check to see if it comes back I'll remember to plant seeds. They are definitely happy flowers.

    It’s a fine, summery looking picture. Sunflowers remind me of warmer days in the past.
