I took this a couple days ago, I think. Now there are two of them, but I did not take time to photograph the pair. It is so nice having a phone that takes decent photos. Several of my photos come from it...
Your iris blooming is about three weeks ahead of us. I use to have this variety but lost it a few years ago to iris grubs. I now treat for that but lost quite a few before I had. That is a petting bloom.
Beautiful. I love Irises almost as much as roses. Yes, the phones take good pictures by now. Most of my posts on Facebook are from the phone.
