Is this a sign...

I saw this out at the strip pits...and also saw golden leaves on the honey locust!  I guess fall is approaching.

  1. Oh, I hope not. We've had to water so much that many of the underneath leaves have turned yellow on some plants. Yesterday when we returned home, some of our newer plants were totally wilted from the heat!

  2. I too hope fall is not here yet. This is a pretty leaf anyway

  3. A good example of how you can see something ordinary, and make it into a beautiful photo! I like the red stems. I hope the yellow is just heat damage.

  4. Too soon for Autumn to arrive. Hopefully it's just a leaf that separated from the branch. Splendid clarity under nice light

  6. I just saw some leaves changing color and wondered the same thing, Rose. They do start putting Fall stuff out in the stores now. I don't complain, as it's my favorite season. : )

  7. I've always seen the very first, early signs of Autumn in July here, but ya gotta look for 'em. It's been a mild summer here, by the way.

  8. oh no, not already. I love fall but it doesn't last nearly long enough and then winter follows behind much too quickly

  9. It is pretty and I do enjoy fall, but I'm not quite ready to embrace it just yet.
