Sharp Dressed Man....

I don't know if there is any other bird that is any more eye-catching than the male Norhern Cardinal.

As usual, these are from the archives.

  1. Very eye-catching indeed. But if I had to dress like that I'd rather go on being known as Slovenly-Attired Old Man.

  5. He is definitely a sharp dressed man. I love cardinals. Hard to miss them with that beautiful red color. I had one fly into the bush next to my front door the other day. He only stayed for a second and then flew away.

For a garden bird, they take some beating! Even the females have style and panache. YAM xx

  12. Look at that. You got a great shot. I haven't seen any in which I could point a camera towards. Someday maybe. Great shots of big red.

  15. OH MY GOSH, THE RED CARDINAL! These are beautiful, Rose. It is a dream of mine to see the red cardinal someday. We don't see them here where I live. These photos made my heart sing. Thank you.
