It really is beautiful! And rose, I know the song. In my 50 + years of being in radio, I spent a fair amount of time in Country. Can't say it's my favorite, but my last great achievement was creating the Country station that took over the SW corner of Washington State. (I am grateful to be retired-- pretty much Classical music now) :)
It's a lovely building but the lack of any plants, bushes or clutter around it makes it look rather odd to me - as though it has just been lowered down from an alien craft!
Wow! It sure is fancy!
