Both shots are through the windshield...but I did pause to snap the shots.

  1. They turned out so well in spite of the windshield!

  2. Sometimes I wonder how these old barns can support the weight of a metal roof. It's good to see the effort being made to keep them useful.

  4. I like the black and white better...looks like it could be from a farmer's almanac advertisement. Well composed.

  15. Rose I am back with another comment, it's okay if you don;t post this one but I just want you to know that I have read your comment on my blog and responded and I really went back here to thank you for your words and reminding me that God is always with us so no matter how strong my worries are I should just remind myself that he is always with us and that I give the burdens and He will lighten my load. That helps Rose and I need to practice that often :) Again thank you so much, your words brought comfort to me.

  16. Well, the barn has a good roof. I'm not too sure about the rest of it.

  18. The barn looks good in both images. The owner has kept the barn and place very tidy.

  19. if you are driving, I am glad you stopped to take the snaps. I like the B&W one better because it provides context. the barn is not distinctive enough to stand as an isloated image.

  20. I love your barn photos! I think it's because I see so few barns/farms in my little world. I just say though, you certainly have a lot of them in yours!💖
