I thought I would give a reminder...and show you what they were dining on...
It was a nice sized buck. I cropped it quite a bit.
Wow, a feast for them.
Poor buck, lucky vulture. Nature makes me sad sometimes.
Vultures got to eat too and we should be thankful they clean up messy stuff.Do you know what happened to the buck. He still has velvetMB
They do a very necessary, though rather messy, job with great efficiency.
Very efficient! They are very striking birds.
I have this understanding that where there is vultures, there is something dead nearby.
now i am wondering what killed the buck.

Hello Wow, the Vultures do have a huge meal there. Take care, enjoy your day! Wishing you a great new week!
Poor elk.
Poor buck :(
The vulture looks very contented!! But sort...pretty ugly!! Aw!! Another of God's weird creation. Poot buck! Devi :))
Sad to the deer but the vultures have to eat too.
I have heard vultures described as nature’s clean up crew. They do a good job.
The buck will feed a few of the birds for a while.
Wow! I wonder what happened to the poor buck. He was so big. I always hate seeing deer that have been hit along the side of the road and the vultures all standing around.
I know they have to eat, and they are nature's clean up crew, but it's sometimes hard to see.
It's all part of nature and a vulture needs to eat too but it's still sad seeing the deer dead.
I definitely like the vulture atop the weathered post. Nice crisp and color. Not sure I am crazy about the cropped buck.
I feel sad also and the vultures are very ugly looking but they have their place. Besides, we are told not to judge by looks.💖
A fall and rise is a natural way of life.
Buenas tomas Rose!!Cuídate. Un abrazo
Oh my, that is a big meal for them. That poor buck.~Sheri
