I lived my childhood quite near to a small airfield and sights like this were frequent. I remember being very frightened of them when I was very young, but later grew fascinated by them.
Whenever I see planes like this it makes me think of my dad. He had his own plane that he would fly on weekends. He loved it. I'm not sure if this is the same kind as his or not
Nice photo, Rose. The Island has a small air strip with a hanger and two planes privately owned. Tourists also use it, as does the medical copter. We take the buzzing of the planes for granted. I think I will try my luck at photographing one of them!💖
Wow, it is so clear that it doesn't even look like it's moving! Perfect stop motion. And you have to be FAST to catch those planes!
