A quick snap from a few years ago...


 An Amish buggy in Parke County...the horse was actually going at a trot.

    Ah!! The Amish buggy..looks really good strange though his may look in the world of automobiles..One cannot but admire their adherence to old traditions too!!

  6. Interesting shot. I have never visited Amish country. I have heard bad things about puppy mills and mistreated animals. I really hope it is not true because they seem to have such an interesting lifestyle.

  10. This is such a beautiful and peaceful image. I love it. I keep hoping to get up to Amish Country in PA but each year goes by and I don't get up there. This is magnificent.

  12. Such a nice photo! In PA where I live we live about two and a half hours from Lancaster Amish and also a fabulous theater called SIGHT AND SOUND. I have lots of good memories of that area. Have a wonderful day!💖
