From my the dining room


 I was surprised Wednesday morning to see this  Northern Flicker at my feeder.  I bet I don't see one here over once a year, if that.  Even before the starlings  took over.

    1. Ps...with my heart and SVT (look svt up in google) I have to watch my heart rate or have another heart attack) that's why I can't do strenuous activity such as the shuffle)

  14. this is a wonderful profile of the Northern Flicker Rose... as for the starlings... about 30 of them come here and clean out our bird feeder in one afternoon and evening....peter:)
