Waiting...

This is going to be a small quilt to hang on the wall.  IF I can ever decide how I want to quilt it.  I cannot even decide if I want to quilt it by machine or by hand.  I should do it by hand which would give me hand sewing to do at night.  The color of the border is not true though it is close.  It has a more fuchsia tone to it but it is still really dark in real life.  Meanwhile, it is waiting for me to make a decision.

  1. This is a gorgeous quilt. I love the design and the colors. I cannot imagine how long quilting by hand would take. It is a difficult decision to make. It will be beautiful when it is finished.

  3. It's beautiful! It would be pretty as a center piece on a table, too. I can't tell how big it is, but it might be cool placed on a table on the diagonal and over a plain color table cloth.

..yes, perhaps leave it as patchwork without the quilting? An abstract art piece... YAM xx

  5. You sound like me. I'll get projects that sit waiting for me to decide exactly what I want to do with them. I'm horrible at making decisions like that.
This is a really pretty quilt.

I'd go with the hand quilting though I know it is a lot of work!!

  10. Oh, it looks like a cranberry color. This is very nice, Rose. And it will look so nice when you hang it on the wall. Quilting sounds like a peaceful
    hobby to work on.
