Notice how litle color there is...we have some color, but it sure isn't normal. A lot of leaves fell without changing. And we have had rain all summer....so I don't know what the deal was.
The color is different from year to year, isn't it. We had rain yesterday that knocked most leaves off the trees so we are quickly going to gray/brown winter. Your image of the barn is beautiful!
A beautiful view of the barn and the landscape. It just seems like the color of the leaves varies so much from year to year and depends on the amount of rain and cold and when it happens. Here, the leaves seem to be falling later each year.
Still, it is so pretty! And the barn itself is a fall color.
ReplyDeleteI've read that the increasing temperatures may cause less colorful autumns. I hope it isn't true. 🙁
ReplyDeleteI love the covered bridge surrounded by trees.
ReplyDeleteGood no-nonsense functional farm buildings. We have a little more colour than you but it seems to have been an odd autumn everywhere.
ReplyDeleteUma bela fotografia.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e bom fim-de-semana.

I think our color is just about gone for the season. There are a lot of bare trees around now.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteLove the red barn! We still have leaves hanging on, but they are not colorful. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!

ReplyDeleteThe same happened here - but that's quite normal for my part of the world! YAM xx
It is similar here. Our Gingko tree has not turned yellow, yet the leaves are falling. This is a pretty rural landscape.

ReplyDeleteWell, rain is good. We finally had some, and I rejoiced! Maybe you are having a late Autumn?
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific weekend.

ReplyDeleteSuch a nice picture of the barn. Red barns are still my favorite.
ReplyDeleteLast year our leaves changed colour but stayed on the trees right through the winter. Every year gets stranger than the one before.
ReplyDeleteGreat color of red on both shed and covered bridge. Great photo.
