I, too, am curious about the story of the feathers. Enjoying your unusual capture. May your 2022 be filled with joys large and small and many more intriguing photos!
A beautiful composition. I love the old window frame and the green siding. There are little medicine pouches or amulet bags on either side of the window. I wonder if the feathers have something to do with healing or some magical powers. An interesting scene.
Both a nice image and very interesting.

Hmm, now I wonder why they are in the window too. It sure makes for a cool picture though.
ReplyDeleteWith a trophy below, I wonder if the person was a competitive pheasant hunter.
ReplyDeleteThey make an interesting curtain!
ReplyDeleteMaybe they are chicken feathers where they painted them ...and hung to dry? Just saying.
ReplyDeleteWhat a strange and odd collection. I wonder too.
ReplyDeleteThose feathers are most interesting . Someone obviously placed them there.

ReplyDeleteOh, that's a cool photo. Maybe the home of a hunter or someone who loves that type of bird? - the feathers all look like the same kind.
