Another one gone

I always thought this barn a little beauty.  Imagine my surprise when we passed by a year or two ago and it was just gone.  Not one sign that it had ever been there.

  1. For a barn that looks like it was in decent shape, you wonder why it is gone now. Great preservation shot!

  3. That's strange. It does not look old or worn out or anything.

  5. It was beautiful and very well built. I can't imagine why someone would tear it down. That is very sad.

  6. Structural damage too great to deal with, I suppose. Too bad.

  7. Too bad, but there are others to come, right?

  8. Oh that's too bad. It looks like it would be a lot sturdier than wood barns.

  13. Now that's really sad. It looks like it is in great shape and to me it looks like its made of bricks...Very unusual.

  14. I wonder if there are people still living who grew up loving that barn and their experiences there. There are some old structures in rural as well as town areas that I love seeing on our occasional day trips.
