Plums


 Taken at the small orchard I used to work at...many moons ago.  I sure would love to have these right now.

    Our plum tree is very prolific! Inevitably a lot stay on the ground for squirrels, Raccoons, and whoever else comes along.

    My grandparents had plum trees is their yard. I can remember my grandfather walking us out to the tree and picking one for us.

    I used to love those plums. Of course here they are all imported and it seems they just are not as good as they used to be.

    These look in the shape of a mango, and so far, I have seen only red plums.

    I LOVE PLUMS! They are getting more expensive at the store though. I remember the ones we used to get when my kids were growing up - they were red inside and delicious.
