My wisteria is not like what my mom had, nor any other I have ever seen. The blooms remain in a tight group, even after they are all open. I still like it, but not like I like the ones where the blooms are loose and hand down.
when your title showed and i saw the photo my first thought was that is not the wisteria I know. then you said it is different. it is pretty but I am with you, I love the drooping hanging ones. did not know there was a different type until now
This is the second wisteria post I've read this weekend, Rose. Yes, the photos she took were whimsy looking wisteria that you see dangling from the tree branches. Both are so pretty to look at. And I love this photo.
Wow, another one of your stunning photos!! I have not seen one like this either. I love Wisteria.

ReplyDeleteStill pretty. Guess it just must be another variety.
ReplyDeleteAw!! They look lovely and will look more gorgeous if all these bloom!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely details you have captured.
ReplyDeleteIt seems to open in an unusual shape, but I hope it grows into a lovely blossom!
ReplyDeleteIt sure is pretty. That is a plant which, to my knowledge , doesn’t grow around here.
