Ok, turkey vultures, like turkeys, win no beauty contests. But they seem like the kind of guy you might like to have a beer with--- so long as he's not eating anything still alive. There's a sturdy quality to them.
They are handsome birds, graceful in flight, and perform a very necessary service. They should not be judged by human standards of beauty.
He stands there so grand!
