More fungi

 I love to find mushrooms and lichen, and just all that type of stuff.  I even know where this was taken and that was several years ago.

I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year, and to say that if I go MIA for a while, nothing new is wrong.  I just need a break from things.  And it is hard for me to keep blogging, when it is all from old photos.  Not that I don't like them.  I just wish I could get out to get something new.

 This is an old photo, from slide film.   I cannot remember the year it was taken. 

Clothes snagger...

 

From the archives...I have had my clothes snagged on barbed wire more times than I can count when I tried to go under, or through two strands of it.

View of the barn...

 Notice the back side is new wood?  I do not know how many times they have had to replace it.  At least twice storms have really damaged it.  It is one of my favorite barns.

 Curves always makes me want to see what is on down the road...

Long gone....

  I need to make a list of the barns that are no longer there...right now I can only think of 4, but I know there are more.  Because before when I went over them in my mind, I had forgotten this one!  It was north and east of Cayuga, Indiana.

Growing on a park bench...

 I wish I had examined it closer...I wonder if is actually growing on dirt/etc that is caught in the crack.

I miss these little guys...

 I just love the Dickcissels...they are such a cheerful bird.

Handsome guy

 Any time I get half a chance, I will take photos of chickens.  I especially have always loved roosters.  But any more, I am very happy to find either one.

Might as well stay with summer theme...

Our granddaughter attracted butterflies sometimes when we took her wading in the creek.
