I think this is someone's home...but I am not sure. If I remember correctly, it is in Covington, Indiana. If the curtains weren't drawn, I would wonder more about what it is, but the way they are closed leads me to believe it is a home.
I can agree with you about the curtains, but what about those blinds on the second floor? Betsy would never let me get away with closing blinds like that!
