Eye of the beholder

I am not sure what he thought of me, but he did not seem near as afraid as some of the red-winged blackbirds are. He chirped and flitted around several minutes...I think I was the one to drive on rather than him fly away.

  3. An incredible shot of a red-winged blackbird. I've seen them here but by the time I get the camera ready they're down in Miami (300 miles south!)...

  4. This is such a neat shot! You captured his eye very well! I've been trying to capture red-winged blackbirds all spring.

  5. Love that Red-winged Blackbird, Rose. You captured a great picture of him... It's amazing how much different the males look from the females.
