We had a dam similar to this in our downtown. Recently the dam was removed. The dam used to be a favorite place for people to fish. I always considered it dangerous for the fisherman.

ReplyDeleteThe dam is perhaps bigger and more powerful than it looks in the picture...but I know rushing water carries a terrific force. Very sad.
