A barn for a home....

When I first came across this place, I am not sure if it was being lived in or not...I think it might been. But it did not have the front porch, and it did not have the green. I have been looking for some pictures taken from an earlier time and have yet to find them.

There was a big Christmas tree in the upstairs window...and that is real quilt hanging beside the front door...and notice the cushions on the wicker piece.

    Very colorful home/barn. In this area there are quite a few home/barns. However, they are mostly new and do not have nearly as much character as this place!

    The green added a nice contrast!
    I bet it was lovely with the Christmas tree.
    I wish they had done something a little different with the porch poles. I'd like to maybe see rough hewn logs maybe.
    Had to smile at the TV dishes.

    What a unique home...I love barns but I'm not quite sure of it for the use of a house. It would be interesting to see the inside...could you scope it out?

    This is a very interesting home. I remember seeing several barns that had been converted to homes when I was growing up, but nothing quite like this.

    Very nice! I've seen a few conversions lately. One you had to look close, but the venetian blinds in the window were the giveaway.

    I think some barns, like this one, can be converted effectively to houses...but some I'm not so sure about. Whoever did this, did a nice job. I like the colors - bright and cheery.

    It looks like they did a good job converting the barn into a home! Maybe one day you will be invited inside. It would be great to see what it looks like inside.
