Here's my charming barn!

A little bit of wear just seems to add to the charm.
This is from Illinois country...
it is one we passed on a recent rambling drive.

  4. The gray wood is beautiful. I get the feeling this barn is like a game of pick-up-sticks - if you removed one piece from it, it might fall! Nice shots.

  6. It may be showing some wear, but it looks like it still has good bones. As Mari said, the time worn boards add to it's charm.

  16. This is a great looking, old barn. I like it's shape and the variety of colors it presents. The wear and tear seem to fit it rather well. Nice post, Rose!

  21. It's a great looking barn though. I could tell the owner tries to repair the walls and I like that white sheets that they put as a wall, very practical it won't worn out easy. ^_^

  24. The older, the more charm when it comes to barns! I'm looking for some fall colors around a barn...so far, no luck in open farm country.
