This was taken January 11, 2011...and here it is a year later and we have hardly seen snow. I am ready for a good snow...there is no better time to take pictures. And I love to be out and about then. We very seldom meet anyone else on days like the one above...can take our time, stop when we want...and for sure no one is going to be speeding by.
That's a lot of snow falling... very pretty! =)
ReplyDeleteOh how lovely, Rose. I can feel the quiet!!!
ReplyDeleteLovely photo, but, of course, I have no need to remember snow--I just look out my window!
ReplyDeleteI've so missed the snow this year--I love the silence. And again-your header photo is SO beautiful.
ReplyDeleteA fine snow picture from the past. I like the shades of gray to white in this shot. Nice one.

ReplyDeleteit is pretty but no thanks to the snow, we are complaining about our COLD front that might take us into the 40's in the next two days.
ReplyDeleteyes, what a difference a year makes! craziness! wonder what march will bring us! blizzards and ice?
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely picture - I love snow, but we hardly get any here. Our weather here so far has been unusually mild but very wet and windy.
ReplyDeleteOh I love this! Really!
ReplyDeleteSo lovely! We're supposed to get a little snow tonight. Can't wait!
