Starlings at my feeders....

The birds beat a path to the feeders today....if not one kind then another...
before today I think I had only seen one starling out there....
today they came in a flock.

  2. Gosh, they look lovely! That first picture is the best and cutest picture of a starling I have ever seen! They all come in flocks here and eat up all my birdseed, but I guess I need to start snapping them after seeing these pictures. I have never been able to capture them in such a way.

  3. They are pretty. They come in flocks here, too, but they also leave in flocks. We've had a good variety of birds this year.

  4. they are so precious, i love all the detail in their little feathers. all fluffed up to protect themselves from the cold. I know they were glad to find you had your bird buffet open

  8. We haven't had any Starlings so far. When they come, they come in droves. You got great pictures.

  9. So glad to see a Starling up close. These raise havoc at the feedyards here in NE, but I have always thought they were very pretty. Nice shots!

  13. They make interesting photos even if they are a lot of pests. We have swarms hanging around here, but I chase them away every time I see them come to our yard.
